‘My own experience receiving medical care under the NHS lately was that staff were rushed and uncaring due to untenable NHS targets and funding restrictions.. My treatment was not explained fully or sympathetically leading to unnecessary anxiety. My response is to ensure our patients never feel this way about their dental care. We want to spread the word that dentistry can be a positive, painfree experience.
